AVG does nothing with the diagnostic information I sent them on their request?

I am really loosing patience here, it's been three week since I sent the diagnostic data and I don't get any answer. AVG is currently preventing me to use my PC: I can't even run a simple Excel !!
Please give me some indication of when I can expect some answers. This is really unacceptable...and please give me another answer than the one you sent me earlier...I've been hearing long enough that I just have to be patient. 

If it's impossible to help, please admit it and then I can move on to another antivirus programme that hopefully doesn't claim all CPU resources...

I think I am quite patient: I have sent the diagnostic data on March 23th… that is almost two weeks ago. Do you have any indication how much longer I have to be patient? In the meantime my computer remains virtually unusable as AVG keeps claiming its CPU-resources so dramatically…

Dont bother! I do not have patience left after 3 weeks waiting and trying to work with a PC rendered unusable by AVG. I have been using AVG for more than 10 years now...but this is the final goodbye!
I deleted it from my system now and found something that suits me far better... (had to re-install AVG  first in order to be able to remove it because the AVG removal programme encountered an error...so even the removal programme sucks... :-) )...

I will never use AVG again and try to convince my friends to stay far away from it: both product and support are below any acceptable level. If you provide a 'FREE' version, just try to make it work at least...if you cannot do that, don't try to make people believe that you have a working free version because it is an illusion.

I posted a question earlier because AVG took over 90% of my CPU's resources. After a few reactions from AVG Technologies employees that did not help, they asked me to run a diagnostic tool and send them the results. I did as they requested, but never got any reaction after that: does this sound familiar? I would expect some interpretation from them: did they learn anything related to my problem? 
Did anyone have this experience earlier? Is there anything I can do?

Yes, OK, but my question is: how long (even approximately) do you expect I'll have to wait?
If its too long, I may have to consider to delete AVG completely and look for alternatives, I hope you understand that working with a PC that is rendered almost unusable by AVG is not a long term option for me. Upgrading to a payed version of AVG was an option I considered … but now that it seems that the speed at which your 'next level support' is dealing with this is comparable to the by AVG reduced speed of my PC …this is no longer an option I am afraid.

As I said, no more patience… I am using another antivirus solution from now on… and my PC is running smoothly (and fast!) again!

We have checked the details and It seems that the issue is under the analysis of senior team. They are analyzing with the logs and if there is any update on the fix, they will inform you.

Swa, Patience… Obviously your not the only user using AVG that requires help so receiving your reply from the higher level of support may well depend on where you are actually situated in the queue.
