AVG doesn't acknowledge my payment

Hello, 

I paid for the full AVG Version, but I get E-Mails reminding me to pay my order. 
I already contacted AVG via mail with all the payment information but I don't get any respond. 

I cannot download the full version either, it just offers me a trial version but I already paid for it. 
What else could I do?
