AVG doesn't show history of products

that's the whole point it's paid for says so on my bank statement and it's on my machine but it just refuses to work, primarily in that it tries to use my trial version that expired instead.

So I bought AVG tune up and ZEN, zen is working fine but tune up despite my paying for it claims it's a free version I even have the expenses to AVG on my bankstatement so I HAVE paid for it I recieved no confirmation email and what's more I have checked here on the site and neither product is on the history of bought products. why does zen work and tune up doesn't? why is there no record on AVG's database and is there a solution? if these can't be answered I need a way to get my money back.

scratch that the email is missing, if at all possible I'd like to be put in touch with someone who can sort this out, your database seems to have no information on my purchase and the only evidence is the money that left my account addressed to AVG so I'd like to speak with someone who can see the money has come in?
