Hi Justin,
After you chosse Ineractive mode you should delete all laready created rules in Applications to see ask dialogs.

SOLVED. There were 2 references to FireFox in the applications database.

After changing the Firewall to Interactive mode I wa expecting it to ask every time a program connects to the Internet.  "Firewall will ask you to block or allow every application".

But I fired up FireFox and wasn't asked.

So I thought well maybe this is just badly worded - Firefox is already allowed in the database so this applies to new application. So I blocked FireFox. Opened it up and connected to the Internet quite happily.

Cleary the product is not working.
