I've installed AVG Tuneup on several of my laptops. Everything works fine. I use my AVG account with the same username and email address on every Latop. Only on a laptop does not log in my account. Supposedly my email address or password is wrong. This is not the case. What should I do about how can the problem be? The AVG support has not reported after a week and the phone number is incorrect.
