Because we can not find any records of your contact to our phone support? Could you let us know which number did you dial? Did you pay $250 while you are on call?
I've been with AVG for about 13 or 14 years. Friends I have to tell you the bigger a company gets, the worse they get at service. Just got off the phone with customer service "the worst" and I can tell you as of now I'm done with AVG and the double talk, (coming from a service person I cannot even understand!) They screwed me for about 250.00 US. And it will be the last nickle AVG will see from me. So good luck to all those out there still willing to continue with this company, I'm out!
