Avg dowload problem

Upon carefully reviewing your account, I see that you have purchased AVG Internet Security in your account. Unfortunately, you have installed the Zen product which is different from AVG Internet Security. To get your issue fixed we request you to run AVG remover tool and then install AVG Internet Security to get your issue fixed. To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :

Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Internet Security and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

I was trying to download the new version of AVG internet protection, etc.   and accidently got ZEN.
The trial period is over and I cannot get the new version to install.   It says it is downloaded but I get an unexpected error 0xe001f94e.   I have tried to call help, and after being on hold for several minutes, I am told I will be put on someones voice mail to call me back.   That voice mail box is full so I am instructed to hit star w to continue to hold.   After being told several times to hit it again, I am logged out.  This has happened twice.  ​I am at a loss about where to go.  I have had AVG paid for several years, but am getting very frustrated.  Any help  would be appreciated.

I used the 1st hint above and it worked.   Hopefully all will be ok now.
