Hi,
I have just noticed that my AVG Protection has been downgraded to Free from Full. I paid my subscription on 4 December 2017, activated the new licence (with great difficulty as the instructions did not match what I was looking at on the screen) - but now my software has reverted to free and I am not getting the full protection that I have paid for.
