I have tried to download my AVG and it froze half way through the download. I had to close everything down and try to start again. On doing so, I got a message up saying that it is a one time down load, how do I restart this. I think you must be able to check that it has not down loaded correctly and that it can ben re issued.
I have paid £39 for this subscription.
