AVG Download Blocked

I purchased a new PC.  When I try to download my AVG product, the Microsoft program blocks it, saying it is not a Microsoft approved app.  How do I deactivate or by-pass the block?

From your description, we assume that you tried to respond to the automated email that was sent to inform you that we had replied to your community post. Unfortunately, the automated email is sent from a no reply email address.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic/post. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi Kristina, the product is AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device).  I made the screenshot,and sent it to you attached to my reply to your e-mail, but yours was a "No reply" e-mail.  Is there a way to upload the scrfeen shot here?
