Now I notice that in January 2 2020 order ID 16987976910 I paid for Subscription TuneUp £69.99 for
2 YEARS - NOT RENEWAL AS OF 20 December 2021?
AVG make soooo many mistakes and I don't know if monies/subscriptions/problems are just incompetence or deliberate? The CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS THE PERSON WHO HAS TO SPEND HOURS UPON HOURS FIXING THE MISTAKES THAT AVG MAKES - WHY IS THAT? I cancelled the Security subscription and had emails asking for MY RETURN??? WHY would I return when so badly run? Very sad as was once quite an efficient decent company?
