AVG Driver Update - 403!

Hello.
I just purchased the AVG driver update. I am extremely disappointed.
I have re-downloaded the driver update installation file multiple times and continue to receive a 403 message.
I have attempted re-installing AVG and this also did not work.
I can confirm I do not have any other anti-virus/malware software installed to my PC. 
I have restarted my computer multiple times and continue to be met with the same 403 message. 
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase - also quite frustrated!
Also confirm I am running the installation file as an administrator.
