AVG Driver update - case no: 165522989

Further to the above case no relating to a remote session with your representative Sandhya Murugesan yesterday, after what appeared to be a successful outcome to the problem I was experiencing with AVG Driver Update,  I found that my computer lost internet connection.  Eventually after many attempts to solve the problem I deleted the update carried out yesterday and reverted to the previous update. 

Can you tell me why this happened?
