Yes, PC TuneUp has identified a problem with "PnP monitor" and it can be fixed by AVG driver updater program.
Since you have AVG driver updater, scan for outdated driers using it and check whether you are able to update the specified driver.
Restart your PC and check the status.

I have the following AVG products installed (AVG Internet Security), (AVG PC Tuneup), (AVG Driver Update), (AVG Secure VPN) all paid versions. I regularly scan my computer with all these products. A few days ago and all the time now I keep getting the message "The driver for "PnP-Monitor (Standard) is not working properly" This comes up in "fix problems" under AVG PC Tuneup. The option to Open and rectify this problem (either through) Driver Update or in some other way does not present me with any options. How can I rectify this problem. Does it relate to AVG or is it something to do with my Windows 10 version operating system.
