I get an error when I follow your instrstructions above. How to handle that?

I have paid for your service ”AVG Driver Update”. It is not possible to run. It has been like that for 1-2 weeks. Your message is in Swedish language; ”Vi ber om ursäkt. Ett problem har uppstått. Starta om datorn och försök igen. Om problemet kvarstår provar du att installera om appen eller så kontaktar du kundsupporten”.
Do you adress this issue Or did I pay for something which not is functioning?
