Please let us know the reason that made you think that AVG has removed the printer's driver.
Did you receive any message regarding it? If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Also, let us know the exact action that you performed using AVG program before the issue occurred.

When my computer did a scan with my new AVG protection it also removed old drivers including one that allowed my printer to work. If I buy the AVG driver update will it fix my problem of the printer not working?
