May I know the AVG program you have installed on your computer (control panel > program and features). I also request you to share a screenshot of the pop up to proceed further.

I would like to uninstall this programme which I have not purchased and do not wish to purchase; It's pop ups really _ _ _ _ me off. It does not figure in the list of programmes in contro panel and worst of all it does not figure when I attempt to use AVG PC TUNE UP. I find this very very disloyal and if I do not find a solution am so fed up that I will not renew my subscription
