Let's determine the exact cause for this. Do you have Malware Bytes installed on your device? Please go to Control Panel -> Programs and features -> Uninstall -> check if AVG Driver Updater/ Driver Updater is already installed. Let us know the status of it to assist you further.

When loading the AVG Driver Update Set up, I get the following error:

"The subject is not trusted for the specified action"

How do I get it to load?  Already paid for the subscription as of 05/13/2018.
