I renewed AVG driver update on 13th January 2018 for a 2 year period under order no:  701-101*** and have a licence no: c262e053-db5f-43fc-a616-e5de3***** .  Why have I been informed that this product has expired and that I should pay additional money to renew.  I normally have a high regard for AVG and its products but this has reduced my faith slightly please let me know what has happened on this occasion and rectify accordingly.  I would like to be notified quickly as to the result of your investigation.  Thank you;
