Thanks, Alan  I did get it up & running last night.  Wonder why avg/slimware doesn't put the correct link so installing, etc, isn't so frustrating.

I have avg anti-virus & pc tuneup.  just purchased avg driver update.
follow direction in email asking for reg #.  have liscense number.  when select download from email, it takes me to download avg virus, premium, another sotware than driver update.  what should be simple definitely isn't.  i had the same problem with activating antivirus & pc tuneup.
what to do next?
