AVG Driver Updater asking for erroneous updates

I'm sorry for the delayed response Ron,

I'm following up related to the issue you encountered with AVG Driver Updater. Do you still face the specific issue? If yes, please click on the bubble icon next to "Update" button for the first driver listed. It will show us the information on what is the driver installed on the computer and what is the version available for download. Please check if this correlates to the version of driver already installed on your computer. You can share the screenshots with these information. I also noticed that, you are using free version of AVG Driver Updater which will just scan for outdated drivers and will not have the option to update the drivers. Would you consider upgrading the free version to Paid version?

Hi Ronald,

Seems like this has been a long term question… I see community dialog asking why we get requests to update our drivers via a subscription to AVG Service when drivers already have the latest recommended driver already installed.  I keep getting the request to subscribe because of 14 outdated drivers.  When I go to each driver they are already updated.  A number of the drivers were INTEL related.  I went to their site, checked my drivers, they were all current.  Of the 14 drivers AVG tells me I need to update, none needed update.  This makes me lose faith and trust in any business that appears top use a false ploy for my business.  AVG - help me.  Why is this occurring?   Why has it been on the community forum for years and the issue persists today.  I don't understand and like me, I'm sure the community doesn't understand.    HELP !!!

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, Ronald.
We have escalated this case to our senior team. We will update you, once we received further information from our senior team.
Thank you for understanding in advance!
