Driver Update is the Slimware company product. Do you still have the active license for Driver Update?

AVG Driver Updater starts and never gets past the "requesting Driver updates. This has been going on for some time now. Also a new issue has popped up. My printer has now stopped working. I am using a HP Officejet 6500A Plus. (wireless) The message I get is that there is a driver conflict. There was never a conflict before. I am also using AVG Internet security with Firewall. Please help!
