Today I bought

AVG Driver Updater for Windows - 

BUT everything went wrong while AVG was updating my drivers because at one point there came a high pitched tone that didn´t stop. I had to close the laptop down. After reactivating the laptop I didn´t have any audio anymore ! All audio functions are gone ! The update of the drivers stopped half way and I cannot start it again because of the high pitched tone come from my laptop halfway the programme. Also other functions are not working. IT IS A MESS, please assist as soon as possible,
