Why do i receive mail by September 13 indicating that my AVG Driver Update has expired ?
Money transaction was made Aug 15 !

Can you explain how this transaction could take Place especially after your mail of Aug 12 ?

I did receive the following mail by July 16
Din AVG Driver Updater-prenumeration går ut den den 30 augusti 2019 eftersom det inte gick att bearbeta din betalning.
Det kan bero på att ditt betalningskort med de sista fyra siffrorna ************3466 spärrades, gick ut eller går ut innan förnyelsedatumet den den 15 augusti 2019.
and again July 31 and once more Aug 8. On Aug 15 a transfer took place. and then the reminder Sep 13 on expire date. This is strange and I am very intressed in to find out what has/ or not/ happend.

We would like to clarify that auto-renewal of AVG Driver Updater weren't successful due to payment declination. Hence, we sent you this e-mail on July 16, 2019, July 31, 2019 and August 8, 2019 informing the same. Glad to inform you the payment was completed on August 15, 2015. Your AVG Driver Updater is good till 2020.8.30.
We couldn't locate any e-mails sent to you on September 13, 2019. Did you receive the expiration reminder to your e-mail address (used to contact us here)? If yes, please ignore it as this may have triggered in error.

Firstly, we strongly recommend you not to share order or license information on this public forum, it can be misused. You do have an active license for AVG Driver Updater 1 license (1 year), which is valid till 15th Aug 2020.
Did you receive the expiry notification email to the email address you used to contact us here? If yes, I've sent an email now. Please forward that notification email in a reply to my email to clarify.
