I recently purchased AVG Driver Updater and it ran fine a couple of times on Windows 8.1. Since upgrading to Windows 10, the scan keeps getting stuck (all night) on the 2nd stage - obtaining system data - and it still thinks I'm running Windows 8.1. Help?!

Thanks Alan. I've now registered the software (!) and tried running a scan again. It still thinks I'm running Windows 8 and is still getting stuck on the second part - identifying system info - & the third part - requesting driver updates - is also trying to start.

Many thanks for your help. My laptop did some sort of update over night (not sure if it was windows or AVG) and the Update scan has now worked.
