I received an email from you today, just before your above message, sayihng the following. I called, and the person who answered can no longer be heard on the phone, though the phone line is still active. I've asked that he unmute himself in case he can hear me, but I remain on hold. Please contact me again to resolve the issue.

AVG Driver Updater updated drivers and now my audio doesn't work. I see someone else had the same problem in 2015 and the last result posted there was that AVG Driver Updater damaged the person's computer. Please help.
