Not happy with the situation - you say " Try & Fix the Issue" I don't like the word 'Try' also your phrase "to get additional support" sounds like it costs time and money! " please refund" as requested!

Recently purchased the above - keep getting the following message:-

Paid good money for this and this not what I expected - any ideas ?
I have McAffee 'Total Protection' - if as you suggest, this could be the problem, obviously your software is not compatible with it. Therefore please refund as already requested - Thank you!
