Purchased above referenced product several weeks ago. All recommend downloads were downloaded and installed. Restarted system as instructed. System froze at the Windows Logo. After a long wait I had to restore from the Restore Point. Description. Went back to AVG Driver Updater and found one download and following information of the driver that did not load. Description: IIF_MSI dated 11/24/2018 3:14:48 P. Was the Intel Rapid Storage tech 15.7.1.1015 SCSI Adapter 15.7.1015. I have tried several times to load the Intel driver but same issue arises every time I try the load. Any answers for this problem?

Thank you for the info, Floyd.
Make sure that you have the latest version of AVG Driver Updater (2.5.5 version).
Open AVG Driver Updater -> Options -> check its version.
If not, uninstall it from Control panel and reinstall it from our official site: https://www.avg.com/en-us/installation-files & check the scan results.
Thank you for the information Floyd,
Have to tried to download/install the out dated driver using AVG Driver Updater after the system restore? If not, please try to install the outdated driver and let us know the status.
Thank you for the information Floyd,
We request you to run the AVG Driver Updater scan (do not update) and let us know if it's asking to update any driver.
