I am getting this thread via email, which I thought was the email you were talking about, but no seperate email that contains any link.
No email with a link. Nothing at the bottom that says, ""To take advantage of this service, simply request the remote connection at your convenience by following these steps".
I do not have a spam blocker.
When I attempt to update the drivers, I get this message,
"Cannot Continue
AVG Driver Updater was unable to back up one or more drivers"
Any ideas?

I have resent an email, please follow the steps from the email to get connected with our remote support.
At the bottom of the email you can see an option "To take advantage of this service, simply request the remote connection at your convenience by following these steps".
Check the steps after the above link and you will be able to connect to our advanced support.
