Could somebody please confirm how i can obtain a refund of a duplicate payment that I made this morning., for the above update. It was for one year cover, £26.99. I put through the first application with my Credit Card details and the system told me the process had failed…
So, stupidly, i went through the process again. This time it worked. But 10 minutes later i had two emails saying i had just renewed my Driver Updater…it did not say that one was a duplicate…Please contact me with a a solution to my problem. Carol Todd,3/9/18
