Alright, we need to escalate the case to our senior team to analyse it and to help you in resolving the issue.

We need to collect few AVG logs files for our senior team to analyse the issue and I have sent you the email instructions to collect those log files from AVG.

Please follow the email instructions and send us the AVG file logs.

The problem has still existed, even I changed the drivers one by one to see if it works with some of them, but nothing changed the same error message been displayed
