I keep getting an

"Unknown error 0x80072EFD"

and no drivers get updated.

I am running Windows 10, and my browser is Chrome.

Keith, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
