I would like to install the screenshop tool, but I can't. When I open the link provided, it opens a browser window just fine. Then when I click on AVG Screenshot, an new window opens and I get this error:
An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference #132.74427b5c.1478452912.a266894
Do AVG products require that I use IE and not Forefox?
BTW, I have two screenshots and don't really need a tool to capture the image. Just need a URL that will allow me to provide these.

Bought the product. Downloaded the product. Clicked to install the product. Accepted license. Nothing happens.
Repeat. Same thing happens. That is Nothing Happens. What is the trick?
Windows 7 Pro
When I click on the .exe file, I am asked to agree to the license which I do.
Then therre is a very breif window with a two file download/install bars which do not turn completely green.
Then I get a window which says installation is complete and do I want to run the application. I click finish which closes the window and nothing happens.
I have screenshots but do not know where to or how to send them.

Last night a second techie did a remote connection and ran the SysInfo tool. I was told he was going to escalate this problem to the Developers overnoight for help. Don't know if this happened or not. The issue, in my humble opinion, is with the installation package. The Install Wizard completes before the whole installation binary file has been downloaded. The complete installation should be in a single, standalone downloadable file that sits on the host system. No need to start, download, install, check for updates, finish.
But I will call the tech support folks on Tuesday. If they are unable to get the Driver Updater product installed and working, then I will request a refund.
