Avg Driver Updater

The situation has got worse unfortunately. All I am getting is a Startup blue screen rolling back & back which won't open safe mode or repair or restore. All I can access is Uefi & Command prompt but these seem to be problematic & have tried several fixes to no avail.
Wish I had never heard of Driver Updater everything was fine until it updated things. Now I have been computer-less for 3 days & no fix evident.

Hello Stephen,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to reboot your computer in safe mode and check if you can access this location C:\ProgramData\AVG\Driver Updater\BackupStorage.
Safe mode link: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Restart-Windows-Safe-Mode
If yes, please share us the screenshot of the issue in order to investigate further and fix the issue.
Thank you.

Used driver updater on a perfectly running pc & as soon as I restarted all I got was horizontal flashing lights on the screen where nothing is accessible.
Not happy need to restore before the update but it all seems inaccessible :sob:
Can anyone help please I need my PC :computer: all day everyday

This isn't the experience we want you to have, Steve.
We'll forward this to our next level support to further investigate.
Before proceeding, would you be so kind to share us the snapshot (through mobile) of the screen that you get while booting (if possible)?

As I have already said all I am getting is a looping blue screen to startup repair where only command prompt & uefi are functioning. I have applied several recommended fixes through command prompt to no avail so I have been stuck without a functioning pc for 4 days all because of your Driver Update program which I have canceled through my only access - my mobile.
I would suggest that you explore the problems this infernal program is causing before it reeks anymore problems.
I can bring a pc man in to fix it but would cost £50 per hour.
I have used your programs for years, which aren't cheap, without a hitch until now.
Not happy at all
