Been unable since November 30th to get driver updater to complete registration.
I needed drivers in November. I built a pc for my father who is now running a nice fast machine with AVG Ultimate but not Driver Updater as it still failed before Christmas. I requested a refund but still no joy from AVG.
I cconsequently began with Ashampoo Driver Updater which worked first time.
I have AVGUltimate and nothing else antivirus to conflict with. I have been building pc and laptops for over 30 years. No problems. My father is 500 miles away so need a programme to do the daily driver checks I can't by absence. How do I get AVG TO LISTEN AS IT'S NOW NEARLY 2 MONTHS SINCE MY PURCHASE OF A PROGRAMME WHICH DIDN'T WORK AND NO SUPPORT THAT WORKED EITHER.
I am disabled and have throat cancer so have no voice box. I was advised to ring the help desk as they obviously didn't read my message.
