Hi all, Some weeks ago I purchased this product on-line and it was duly delivered with product key and the appropriate receipt. The purchase is also registered in MyAccount under the "My Purchase History"
However I have never been successful in downloading it despite numerous attempts.
The "Invoice, Order Confirmation & License" email that I received provides the DOWNLOAD link which opens the Download page with the correct URL. However when the "Start Download" button is pressed it seems to operate for approximately 2 seconds and then a "Untitled" blank screen appears - and that is all. I can stay on the page for hours but nothing happens - very frustrating! To me now it appears that my only option is to request a refund
Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. It seems you are downloading the setup file but not running it to start the installation. I would request you to open your downloads folder and then look up for the file with name "AVG_Driver_Updater_Setup_11_1.exe" and run it to start the installation setup. Thank you.
