Please clarify whether you've updated the drivers using Driver Updater & let us know what happens exactly while printing. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

Hey, I don't know if it's just me, and the fact that I have an ancient computer (Windows 7) BUT ever since I downloaded the AVG Driver Updater, it messed up my printer.  When I hit troubleshoot, of course it takes me to the web and no support out there for antiques.  Any thoughts of what I can do??  I cannot afford a new computer and updating to Windows 10 on this old thing is a no go. Thanks
