Thank you for the information. On checking with your screenshot we could see that you were installed AVG driver updater as well as Driver update. In this case we would request you to uninstall Driver updater and try to reinstall AVG driver updater to check for the issue.
Try to uninstall AVG driver updater through control panel:
to reinstall AVG Driver updater: http://files-download.avg.com/dur/AVG_Driver_Updater_Setup_11_4.exe .

My AVG Driver Updater has been disabled by another program. According to my  AVG PC Tune Up it is asleep but I cannot wake it. When clicking onto icon no response.

As suggested I have uninstalled the Driver updater and the AVG Driver Updater with no problem and the icons have been removed from my Desktop. I reinstalled the AVG Driver Updater through the link and it has gone into my programs and also the icon on Desktop. However when clicking onto the icon nothing happens. Any suggestions.
