Dear Sir or madam,
Yesterday I purchased the AVG Driver Updater, Order ref No: 38-5297224.
After downloading this programme told me I had 10 out of date drivers.
I started the process of fixing the problem and half way through this installation and fixing my computer crashed.
I then had to do a Recovery on my computer.
I tried again and it crashed again.
So waht would you suggest, I am loathe to try again in case I cannot Recover the computer and I will lose verything.
