Thanks for your help.  I applied for a refund of my last purchase; I exspect it will become in order.
I have an other question:  
Is there a possibility to prevent this kind of problems  in future? (I mean: the possiblity to buy a product for the second time). there mus be changed something in your registrationsoftware or datasheets, so that you (AVG) can not send a client a mail or request, that he has to but a same product.  Plse think it over.  Plse let me know your solution(s).

Heden ontving ik het verzoek mijn AVG Driver Updater aan te kopen.
Dit heb ik nu gedaan; echter: er loopt er nog een licentienummer 513b0d2d-05d8-47c8-900f-a2cba7f0fc6b – order nr.   701-4354754.  
Deze heeft een looptijd van twee jaar. ( geldig tot en met 27-08-2018)
 
Wat is hier aan de hand?  
tweemaal betaald voor dezelfde diensten??
 
Graag zo spoedig mogelijk tekst en uitleg.

This has a term of two years. (Valid until 27-08-2018)
What is going on here?
paid twice for the same services ??
