I purchased AVG Driver Updater on June 23, 2016, as well as AVG Tuneup & AVG Ultimate. I had some bad luck recontacting AVG Ultimate immediately following my purchase, so I ended up contacting my credit card company and stopping payment on AVG Ultimate. I purchased AVG Driver Updater & tried to pay for continuation of my AVG PC Tuneup (I had this program for a year & was very happy with it.) . Well the 2nd language English operators @ AVG misunderstood & canceled my AVG Driver updater instead of my AVG Ultimate. I was more upset because I found the AVG Driver Updater to be quite useful. To make too long a story short, I finally am free of AVG Ultimate. I found a program to replace my AVG PC Tuneup, but after it was installed my AVG Driver Updater was gone. I paid for it in July. I'm unable to download another version of it from either my account or AVG Support. The AVG Driver Updater Wizard ends prematurely, so I'm unable to reload it. Do I need to request a refund.
