I ran just one update to see if AVG driver update would work, as once before it trashed my hard drive and I had to get it replaced. I ran an audio update, and you guessed it NO SOUND or MIC not working now. I have tested the headset on my mobile and can confirm it works. Did all the usual uninstalling, rebooting etc and nothing has worked. AVG tech x2 could not sort this out and have escalated up. I am loosing any faith in this app.

Our senior developers are analyzing the issue and they will resolve this at the earliest possible. Once fixed, you should not have any issues with updating drivers using AVG Driver Updater.
The App is incompatible with my Dell XPS pre-loaded with Win 8.1 and then updated to Win 10 online.
I corrected the issue by downloading drivers direct from Dell.
Refund me my sub, please.
