Yes I have scanned for drivers using the AVG Driver Updater and it did update quite a few that were outdated but I am still not able to use the scanner on my printer. I am still getting the same error.
I have just purchased the AVG Driver Updater hoping it will fix my problem with using the scanner on my Samsung printer. I used to be able to scan documents to my computer but am getting the following error "Scanner Device is not responding. Please check that it is turned on and connected to the computer or network" then there are three buttons Retry Cancel Change Port. The printer is connected and turned on and I have tried different ports but to no avail. I bought the Driver Updater as we were continually getting a message to say that our drivers were out of date. I was hoping this would fix this issue. Am I way off the mark here. The can still print but I have issue with that as well it will only print one request at a time I then have to turn off the computer and open it again if I want to print again. I have not received any support from Samsung can't get through to them for help even way before COVID 19.
