On the 25-01-2015 I purchased on line from AVG a set of driver updates that an AVG scan showed where needed on my computer (OS Windows 7) because of a bad Telstra internet connection this took several attempts and about 45 minutes to complete.
(Before the download I established a Restore Point) the problem occurred as soon as I wanted to print a document, the computer could not find the Canon MG2460 printer, I tried everything I could think of to correct this but to no avail, I activated the Restore Point and tried again to print but no luck, I then deleted all the Canon files and reinstalled them but still no printing.
I seams that the AVG driver upload has disturbed something in the computer operating system, can you help either by email or phone my mobile no is: 0448281951.
