Avg drviers stopping safe mode

Hello Jim,

I understand this must be upsetting.
Can you take a photo of the message that appears while you boot your PC and send it here?
Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions to attach the photo.

AVG is stopping my computer from booting even in safe mode.
When I use their avg rescue usb to access the system32/drivers there are several avg files that begin with "?"avg. I can not delete or rename them.
