I see that the charge is for the Auto-Renewal of AVG Anti-Virus.

When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. Customers will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. Customers will also receive an email regarding the automatic extension of their AVG subscription, 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.

If you wish to get a Refund, please let me know and I'll assist you with it.

I too was charged £49.99 for avg e commerce , I too don’t know what this is for as I didn’t order it please help

I was charged the same,!!! I go to my computer and everything either wants me to renew or to put in a lincenes number, which it dies not give me
