AVG E-mail protection to scan encrypted e-mails

I have installed the Windows 10, and since that I cant se my older mails, and cant get new messages.
​AVG gives me the advice:
​1. Open the AVG-program
2. Under the menu Options, click Advanced settings.
​3. Select Appearance
​4. Under system Tray Nitifications, uncheck the box next to E-mail Scanner notifikations.
5. OK
​It seems very easy, but initiaky I have the problem how to open the AVG-program
Can anybody help me?
