I am not sure how it happened but somehow I wound up with an AVG mobile account through Great Britain and was just charged renewal of $59.99 US dollars for it, and yes I am in the US. This website is of no help, they have no record of my account or product ordered. it was charged via PayPal and I have disputed the charge through them and hopefully that will resolve the issue.
In the meantime, I need to get it changed so I can delete that account. Has anyone else in the US had this issue? It seems like a scam to me!

The problem is, I have NO clue where or what the order number is. Where is easiest place to find this? would it be on PayPal transaction?
