Hi Rich,
We're glad to look into this & help you.
There could be a possibility for this to happen if the sender is blacklisted, as you've stated.
To check that : Open AVG - Click on Payments tile - Check if Antispam is installed. If installed you can click on it to check the blacklist.
Alternate method : Open AVG - Menu - Settings - General - Troubleshooting - Scroll down to find & click on Open old settings.
From the old settings navigate to components - Scroll down to find Antispam - If installed, it would have the customize option - Upon clicking it, you'll be able to review the black list.
I have AVG Internet Security and have a problem receiving emails from a sender. I use MS Outlook
and I can receive the emails from the sender if sent to another email address that does not have AVG installed. I know there was a problem back in March 2019 with issues with emails & outlook. Since the fix I can no longer receive from that sender. Does AVG internet Security have a blacklist installed that may be blocking the email?
Please Advise

Hi Dinesh,
Thank you for your help with this issue. I followed your instructions and find that the Antispam is
NOT installed. Is ther another way to find the blacklist or what may be stopping the email from coming thru?
Regards
