Tim, Try disabling just the email certification. Enabling or disabling certification does not have any effect on testing of your messages with AVG.

This is a FYI to everyone who has AVG 2015 and is using email protect. We had someone who was using this and the plug-in was deleting the bodies of EVERY email sent to it, and it did not matter if it was HTML, Rich Text, or Plain text format. It got to the point where I would send 1 word and it would still delete the body of every email. Since this particular user was using a shared mailbox, it also deleted the content and synced back down to all clients, deleting the email from there as well (And as the main inbox for customer support cases, this was problematic). Disabled the plug-in and this fixed the issue.
Would highly reccomend that people disable this plug-in, especially if they have a shared mailbox until addressed and fixed. Once it does this and syncs back to the server your email is probably as good as gone. Major bug with massive implications.
